ive lost weight(from 163 to 140) but ive gained it back again lately  (im 148 uli and im only 4'11)

How many times in a week do you exercise (rough estimate)?

		<description>I gained like 56  lbs at my peak. Grabe. I was only 107 lbs then. I know it's hard. I love to eat too. But once you hit 40, all the signs show:

- high blood pressure
-ischemia
- diabetes

Better to start eating healthy  now. 15 pounds isn't too much .  You can easily lose it. Pero once you hit over 20 lbs overweight, it gets harder and harder. It's my experience once you fat cells invade your body, your body is stubborn. Eventually, the body listens with persistence in diet and exercise. hehe</description>
