In Jollibee during that time(about 20 years ago) the recipe of the meat pattie was in the hands of only one man and he was the only one who knew the ingredients of the meat patty and chicken joy.He was a pioneer and trusted employee. Now that there is a Commissary VP Ms. Belen Rillo who was my UP professor in Food Technology ,more so this rumor is still a rumor and could never be true(knowing Ms Rillo she wouldnt even think of it).
