You know, some people just don't do there job right, and freaking forget to put things back. I had someone forget to put a cotter pin in my suspension when they worked on my car, anyways, the worst happened. the suspension fell apart on the road. Good thing no one was hurt, but the car was messed up. Make sure people who work on your car double check everything!

It also happened to me. I noticed that my Vios was overheating and was wondering how in the hell, it should happen since my car was just 1 year old then. I shut off the engine, opened the hood, and found missing radiator cap. Good thing there is a shop nearby where I bought radiator cap.
