But I am really determined to be fit now for health reasons. And I still want to live long enough and see all my future grandchildren.

		<description>I just ran away from processed foods, e.g. burgers, chips, even white bread... stick to real food like vegetables, (the del monte juice is good too), other fruits, eat breakfast, and always stay active at least 30 minutes a day..

It's the processed foods that give you the empty calories and will make you hungry again in no time..

And always take a good multivitamin to patch up the gaps that you may incur in your diet... the most important for dieters is a mineral included in all multivitamins, is probably chromium (helps control blood sugar), if you are craving too much sweets, then you aren't getting enough chromium.

That's it =) Sorry for the long essay, it's just that my mom's a nurse and I get bombarded with this stuff all the time...
