You are right Noemi.. Everything we are, do or have is for God. All for Jesus. That's what we should be.

"Let go and let God" -- we often say this especially when we have hard exams in school. :)

I also used to say "Kapit Lang" to anyone who was having a hard time holding on to God. Whenever some of my members in YFC tell me of their problems and how hard it is for them, that's the first thing I tell them.

Haha, I realized how the two statements I said here seem to be contradicting when you first read it, but the meaning is basically the same. :D

at the ateneo, they use +amdg (ad majorem dei gloria), all for the glory of God. but unlike us, during our times, each atenean knows by heart what it stands for and what it means. perhaps it was our orientation, our obedience to the nuns, or perhaps we were not really listening at that time. but it holds meaning - all for Jesus, all for the glory of God. with that is our acknowledgment and acceptance of the greatest power of all - God.
