Try Mc Afee Antivirus. For an annual subscription of $30 or so, you get periodic (almost on a daily basis upon getting online)updates. The antivirus program is then downloadable online. New viruses, trojans, etc. come out almost everyday. It's well worth it.

@rick- I heard about it too but my sister is able to work well with her Vista powered laptop. I wonder what hardware or software problem they encountered. I'll try that Nortin Anti-virus. I just have AVG installed in the PCs

i recently left the call center industry and we supported toshiba notebooks running under Vista. I suggest you stick with Windows XP in the mean time. A lot of hardwares and softwares still do not run under Vista. I should know, we received A LOT of complaints about Vista. A lot of them want to downgrade to XP.

And I would suggest that you invest in a good Anti-Virus software. It's for protection naman eh. Norton Antivirus is good. Just don't get the whole bundle, yung anti-virus lang kunnin niyo.
