It's just that moms like to talk outside of the regular meetings. Dads attend our monthly meetings though. Too bad I never got to visit her. @Kongkong622- a grief journey is different for every person. It does get better with time. But the pain remains. He died of cancer (Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma). My Ninang, his mom, wallowed in grief for a few years. To this day there are some things that she still cannot do, like go to a hospital where he was confined. She has pretty much moved on but the memory and the pain of losing her son will always remain.
