Making Money Online
I make pretty decent income online through Google Adsense, Text Link Ads, Direct Ads and my webhosting. That’s all I know about making money online. I never looked for other ways to earn money online because I don’t want to depend on it as my sole source of income. Because of my last entry on ethical blogging, I discovered that there are other ways of making money online after I googled on a person’s name. Search Engine Results point to sites that promise you home based opportunity.
Here is a sample:
Do you want to get your own internet home business up and running the fastest way even without products of your own? Even without knowledge in writing Sales Letters? Then listen up!
I’ve been online for many years now and I’ve seen hot offers come and go. There are so many chances to make money online, there’s not just one way. There are literally hundreds…
Looks really inviting but why am I wary of such schemes?
The word “fastest” smacks of greediness. Of course, there is nothing wrong with earning the fastest way we can. But as a conservative netrepreneur, I’d rather take the slow but steady route. I also have an issue about focusing my life on money and sacrificing principles.
I cannot afford to allow my focus in life to be money. This will not lead me into the abundance of life that I am seeking. It will not even lead me to financial stability. Yes, money is important. I deserve to be paid what I’m worth. I will be paid what I am worth for when I believe I deserve to be. Often most plans fail when the primary consideration is money.
I have learned that when I am true to myself about work and what I need to be doing, the money will follow. Money is a consideration but it cannot be our primary consideration if we are seeking spiritual security and peace of mind.

I don’t tend to fall for get-rich-quick schemes, because i feel that’s exactly what they are – schemes.
@chateau- best to be sure. Schemes are mostly near scams or scams.
“Easy come, easy go” is quite applicable to most online money-making ideas these days. The best way to earn a living is *still* through honest hard work.
@markku- precisely. I am such a conservative investor but it is consistent with my goals.
I think the best way of earning money is doing something you like doing and still being paid for it and also allowing you to help others while also getting paid for it.
Money is not everything (not the prime consideration)as you said.
Slow but steady is the way to go. Money definitely takes a backseat to health, family, love, God…
Your passion and love for what you do, that will lead to the abundance in life.
Thus, I have always believed, that you Noemi, have made this blog successful, because of your honesty and passion for what you write about.
Your Success was made on that very first day you decided to write.
God Bless.
Hi Noemi, I’ve been scammed a lot of times because I was too trusting. Now. I know better. You’re right, money isn’t everything, it couldn’t buy peace of mind.
@betty- Maybe that’s why you are successful in what you do.
@Nick- not that we are a mutual admiration society, your blog has a strong voice. I hope the Malu Fernandez will soon be resolved.
@Rowena- I am sorry you got scammed. But we learn with our mistakes each time. Hope it doesn’t happen to you again.
We always say that 99% of money-making programs you find on the net is scam. The challenge is for you to find that 1%. It does exist, but it’s not going to be that easy to make money from it.
I believe money can buy you the things you want, but the things you want may not always be the things can make you truly happy.
I haven’t quite figured out making money out of adsense yet. Impatience lead me to sponsored posts, I am very choosy on the companies/products I put on my blog. I can scoop up easy money from loan shark advertisements but I chose not too. I learn about alot of neat companies who are advertising their products and services.
So far after 2 and half months, I have earned enough money to buy a Macbook but I am looking forward to getting a MacPro instead.
I wrote about my Inspiration to join sponsored posts. It’s just like having commercial breaks on TV or radio. http://mygoodfinds.org/2007/11/05/my-inspiration-to-join-ppp/
“Often most plans fail when the primary consideration is money.”
I agree what you said. It should not be our Primary focus especially if you sacrifice some of your principles in life. I can say its greediness..
