I miss reading your blog. I already resigned from my previous work (I just get to read your blog if I visit some Internet cafe and have enough time) but I’ll be having another one. Hopefully my next company would not be blocking your blog also…if they do, I’ll find ways to get through! Hehehe….

My SmartBRo broadband connection was down for a few days. So I have it “dedma” since I was too busy with work. My brother is always complaining that he needs an internet connection. I called the Smart Customer Service and the agent said that she will report this immediately. But the “immediately” thing did not happen. So, everyday, I always call their Customer Service hotline and ask for an update. I list every name of the agent who handled the call and the report ID number for reference. This happened for ONE month. I set my mind that I will not pay for the monthly fee since I did not get the service that I deserve until it gets fixed. To my dismay, I sent a very long email with all the letters capitalized to Smart team. They did not respond to my original email so I sent 2 follow up emails. After few more days, my internet connection is already up, got a response from them, received an apology (as usual) and got a rebate from it.

I believe that if you will not speak up for your right, they will abuse their power and take advantage of this.
