		<description>@jhay-  I am pretty optimistic with the Judicial Dispute Resolution. I remember a case my family filed when my brother died of Hepatitis A. If there was a mediation, I am sure my widowed sister in law would have agreed to the settlement. After 12 years and when the case was resolved, she received nothing at all.</description>

		<description>Mediation might actually work better here in the Philippines since we Pinoy are more accustomed to settling differences over 'side channels' or one-on-one talks rather than going all public and so formal about it.
