stress affects everyone of us, no matter what position we hold. i think it will make a huge difference if we work to have a clear mind all the time despite the gravity of consequences we are in, take good care of ourselves and take the time to rest and appreciate the little and simple things around us.

Do people follow our leader because they are inspired by her or because of fear…Isn’t a leader’s ability to be able to keep his/her emotions in check critical to how she is able to lead?

We judge our leaders by a different set of criteria, because..well, they’re leaders, are we expecting perfection, of course not. Do we expect a different level of emotional soundness, absolutely.

i agree with you that it is easy for me to say this which i mentioned in my entry if you missed that prt. In your opinion appears as nonsense to you while others view it as a lesson to learn from.
