FAKE IT FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT. That mantra worked for me too when i was being obliged to lecture and make oral presentations in my workplace. But now that i have a choice, i have retreated back to my comfort zone. Still, I guess I can get out of that shell every now and then. By choice. hahaha

Pero sa tutuo I am better read than heard, di ba? And still, better heard than seen. hahaha

Very well said! I, too, despite being a teacher, am painfully shy. It takes a lot of effort to get up in front of the class and pretend to be okay with what I am doing. But like you said: i think therefore I am!
