		<description>FAKE IT FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT.  That mantra  worked for me too when i was being obliged to lecture and make oral presentations in my workplace.  But now that i have a choice, i have retreated back to my comfort zone.  Still, I guess I can get out of that shell every now and then.  By choice.  hahaha
