Voters Education For Philippine Election 2010

Share

I am the Project Editor of blogwatch.ph in cooperation with Philippine Online Chronicles that will provide Voter’s Education on Automated Elections, Campaign Finance, Platforms and Issues on the May 2010 Elections in the Philippines. The initial objective of Blog Watch was to give Filipinos, especially the youth, exactly what they need when they need it, and to try to produce a better-educated voter body in time for the 2010 elections. Now that elections are over, pur work is not over. Our new government needs all the support. We have now evolved as citizens’ transparency and good governance group.

The Kamaganak Inc mapping project

The the Kamaganak Inc. Mapping Project reveals some of these Kamaganak

Some of the factions within Kamaganak Inc are already scrambling for the spoils of Noynoy’s “landslide” win in the polls, to name a few:

- The Aquino Siblings (Kris, Ballsy, etc.).
- The “Hyatt 10″ – emo officials who resigned at the height of the Great “Hello Garci Scandal” of 2005
- The cast and crew of Noynoy’s Hindi ka Nag-iisa campaign video (Ding Dong Dantes, Ogie Alcasid, Regine Velasquez, etc.)
- Peping Cojuangco – who is a power bloc in hig own individual right
- The “New Media Bureau” of the campaign headed by Enteng Romano that delivered Noynoy his million-strong “fan” base on Facebook.com among others.

May God bless us all!

i’m from davao del norte. majority of the voters here are the masses. ideally, they should be the one dictating the results of the election. indeed, they have been dictating the results of the past elections. but their votes have been dictated by those in power through any means; money, force, seat in the government, etc. we, cannot blame them, since they have to survive; “kapit sa patalim.” the PPCRV has it’s 10 commandments for responsible voting, but the question is, does these masses understand what these commandments are? can it give food on their table? they need to survive, they need foods. we can easily say that they have to be educated, that they have to sacrifice for awhile. but they had been sacrificing all their lives.

i’m asking for your help, those who can read this, to design a simple yet effective voters education for these masses, for these kind of thoughts. i have a lot of friends here willing to go with me in educating these people.

“i still believe we can change our country. let us start from ourselves.”

me likey number 8 :D honestly, i believe that not all people should be able to vote. i dont really like the fact that the government is allowing even the illiterate to vote.

try reading my post here. i got all my points.
