8 Thoughts on “Real Estate Loans from the Country’s Top Banks

  1. Thanks for the info! This is surely handy as I am thinking of getting a loan too. what about PAGIBIG?

  2. PAGIBIG lowered their rates already. I think it went down to 7% . My husband hasn’t tried to avail yet.

  3. I availed of China Bank loan. It’s really low at 9% but I don’t know what it ‘ll be like in two years.

  4. Thanks for your info, I tried to access pagibig’s website however it always gave me an error. I’ll be getting my own pad 🙂 tnx !

  5. Thank you. You have helped someone more than you could know.

  6. I just wanted to say, this is truly a great blog.

    Thanks.

  7. I can really understand the budget problem while buying a home! But there is a cool thing that you can do if you dont want to go for a mortgage: you can search for rental homes with a buy-option in the contract. First rent and then buy.
I think that is a nice alternative.

    cheers,
    Thomas
